I am looking for MARY NICOL who would have been 17 in 1851. I know she was born in Langholm but I think she was working as a servant in Ewes or Langholm. I know she was not at home with her parents and where she was in 1851 may help to solve the mystery of her illegitimate son. Any info welcome. Thanks Evelyn Boland
