Can anyone explain 'tack of teinds' when used in reference to ownership of land? Also, the words 'heritors' and 'feuars' when used in connection with land ownsership as well. I am trying to find a simple and clear way to explain same. Thanks in advance. David dbromfield@ucsd.edu
