My brick wall belongs to one Andrew HAIG who was probably born in Scotland in 1793. My belief is that he was born somewhere around Berwick-on Tweed. I know that his father lived with his second wife at a place called Blackadderbank Farm just outside Berwick and was also called Andrew. BUT, do you think I can find any evidence of his birth or his mother's name - no show. I know his father's second wife's name, but can find no trace of either of their births. We have had professional researchers on the trail, but brick wall every time. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Raeanne.
