Just adding to the brickwall postings. I have Thomas Wedderburn married Jane ? circa 1808 (Found reference to a Thomas Wedderburn and a Jane Crozier in the Lamberton Toll marriage index but haven't proved the connection as yet) Their children were David Wedderburn born cira 1808 Spittal and Peter Wedderburn born 1811 Spittal. I've traced David, but lost his brother Peter as well as his parents. Can find no other trace of them. They don't seem to have followed David into Northumberland so can only assume the stayed north of the border. So, if the name WEDDERBURN is familiar with anyone on this list, no matter how small a reference, I would love to hear from you. Cheers Gayle New Zealand
