In fact, that message did not even come through the Border lists, it has just been made to look that way. The Rootsweb lists automatically remove any attachments, so if you ever get a message which looks like it has come via the lists and has an attachment, you should delete it immediately. If your email program has a View option you will see that although the addressee gives his address as Surrey, it has actually been sent from Australia, and there is no mention of Rootsweb in the hidden internet heading.
