    1. Robert Brydon etc
    2. In reply to Barb. Andrew The M.I.s for Yarrow have:- Erected to the memory of ROBERT BRYDON who died at East Redfordgreen on 30 May 1847 aged 41 years, also of his son JOHN BRYDON who died at Redfordgreen on 1st Nov. 1844 aged 18 months: also of his son JOHN BRYDON who died at Redfordgreen on 2 June 1849 aged 4 years; also ISABELLA ANDERSON, his wife who died at Redfordgreen 14 May 1883 aged 70 years. These should be the parents of Elisabeth. Nearby is a stone for ROBERT BRYDON, late tenant in Easter Redfordgreen who died at Easter Buck-cleugh (sic) on 22 Dec. 1840 aged 82, and HELEN HALL, his spouse 8 Oct 1843 aged 73, and three children who died young. Possibly the parents of Robert, born 1806. Ithink this Robert, born 1758, is the son of WILLIAM BRYDON born 1718 and CHRISTIAN LINTON born 1729 . Theirs is the next gravestone and includes children ADAM, MARION, JAMES and WALTER. Their daughter AGNES and her husband JOHN PATTERSON (my 4xg grandparents) and two children are in the next grave. Let me know if you would like more details. Margaret Sullivan, Brisbane.
