Hello Arline and Jane, I do not know if you have this info. from the Roxburgh MI's for Hounam & Linton. (The question marks are part of the text). Erected to the memory of Elizabeth SMITH daughter of George SMITH shepherd Upper Chatto who died 20.12.1862 aged 19(?) years and of William(?) SMITH his son who died 1868 aged 23(?) years also of Christian DAVIDSON his wife who died at Friarslaw 5.5.1886(?) aged 85(?) years and is interred at Lilliesleaf. James SMITH their son died at Fly Creek Otsigo Co. N. America 7.7.1888 aged 19 years and is interred there and of the above George SMITH who died at Friarslaw 18.2.1899 aged 90(?) years.
