My "brickwall" is trying to trace the birthplace, parents and siblings of my G.G.Grandfater, George TEMPLE, born c.1775/6. His wedding entry at St. Cuthberts, Elsdon, Northumberland said he was a Husbandman of Camphouse, Jedburgh parish. Also a John TEMPLE (possibly George's brother), a farmer of Camphouse, Jedburgh parish, born c.1764/5, who married a Mary ------ of Camptown, Jedburgh parish about 1795.
