Is a Cross Fleuri the same as a Fleur de Lis? My associating the family with the Knights Templar is purely historical as it was in the 12/1300's that they came to the Borders. All the records I have say the Graydons and their various spellings originated in Berwickshire, other that the de Graydene's who are said to have come from France. I quote 'Robert Graidene (lived Berwickshire c1530) descends from Walter de Graidene in the town & township of Graden 1288' Elizabeth Graydon NZ
