Also of their children William Johnstone Veitch who died in infancy and was interred at Jedburgh. Archibald Preston Veitch who died 11/9/1917 aged 29 years. James Robertson Veitch who died 10/4/1920 aged 34 years. William Jeffrey Veitch their son died 6/8/1940 aged 42. Thomas Douglas Veitch their youngest son who died 3/8/1948 aged 47. Alexander Robertson Veitch their second son who died 21/4/1952 aged 65 and Margaret Wight Rutherford Veitch their daughter who died 23/10/1974 aged 79.
