    3. If you can't order the film at your local Family History Centre, you should be able to get a copy of the page directly from the LDS. Click on "forms" on the www.familysearch.org home page and fill out form #31768. If the record was on the IGI you would want form #31831. If you can, it would be better to order the film because you may find more than just this record.
