I've tried to match Agnes Mickle [ancestor of my wife] with your info. The several GORDON folk are in my own tree and lived far from her orbits. Agnes Mickle lived 1821 to 1874, we have her ancestors and descendants well proven EXCEPT no marriage found, nor hits in 1851, 1841 Census. Her spouse was James Ferguson, their ch were 6 bn Berwickshire 1843- 1850 and 4 bn Australia 1854-1866. My guess is they had no marriage recorded, and were outwith Scotland both in 1851 and 1841.
