It was raining somewhere in Scotland every day. But for us, we saw the sun every day and was pleasantly warm. I am warm blooded so all I needed was shorts, a sleveless shirt, and a brollie (unbrella). My wife, bless her heart needed a down vest, rain coat AND an umbrella. ALWAYS carry an umbrella with you every day. You can go through three seasons in one day depending upon where you are. Have a wonderful trip. You'll be getting a preview of what heavon looks like!
