Listers, I've just obtained a copy of a new book entitled " The Ewes Valley" by Brenda I Morrison and R Bruce McCartney. ISBN0-9517858-1-8 ( price £7.50 sterling). It 's described on the back cover by the Eskdale and Liddesdale Advertiser as " A great boon to ancestor-chasers in the Ewes Valley". I couldn't have put it better - for example -it includes full details of the MIs for Ewes Churchyard and Unthank Churchyards.
