Hi Nancy, >I just tried to access your page at clara.net, and got a message that it >could NOT be found. I was directed to a list of names of people who had >webpages with clara.net............looked under D for >Dunstan........nothing, then looked under V for >VivDunstan............clicked on your name and did get your page. The >address is: >http://home.clara.net/vivdunstan/ The address I gave (http://www.vivdunstan.clara.net/) should point to and identify exactly the same bit of webspace as the address you've tracked down above. They are equivalent addresses. Both should work. I prefer to give the one I gave because it's easier to remember/type. You didn't try capital letters in my name did you? (e.g. something like http://www.VivDunstan.clara.net/). I just wondered since you used capitals in your letter at one point (e.g. "VivDunstan"). Capitals won't work: like many other webservers the ClaraNET one is case-dependent so treats lower and upper case letters very differently. Anyway that's just a long shot of an idea. You may have tried the exact address. Since I set up the new website I've used the address I gave every time, without spotting any problems (and I'm not always logged into ClaraNET). However if anyone else has problems accessing it (and please make sure that you are trying the correct address: a single letter missing can make all the difference; likewise a letter in capital case instead of small case can cause similar problems) let me know directly, by email. Sorry about this and many thanks Nancy for alerting me to this. Viv
