Hello once again everyone. I am still stuck and don't know if I had any response to my last census lookup request as I changed my e-mail address and no one has replied to my new one. I was after a census lookup to be done on the 1841 and 1851 census returns for Berwickshire. I am trying to find a Thomas RUNCIMAN who was married to Mary REDPATH/RIDPATH in 1812. Thomas would be around 60 on the 1851 census and probably living in Coldingham, Coldstream or Cairnside/ness. I'm not too sure exactly where but am fairly certain it was Berwickshire. I really need to find out who his parents were and particularly his mother's maiden surname. I know they went over to America around the mid 1850's and have loads of info after that time. I would be greatful if anyone would do this lookup for me as I do not have access to the census return for Scotland and my FHC does not hold them either.
