Hello I am a new subscriber to the Borden mail list. My name is Sue Burden Stewart and my birth line is: Thomas b.1380 John b. 1410 William b. 1443 Edmund b. 1486 William b. 1510 Thomas b. 1537 Matthew b. 1563 Richard b. 1595 Benjamin Sr. b. 1649 Benjamin Jr. b. 1675 John b. 1734 William b. 1756 Virginia. It then switches to the Burden name in White County, Tennessee. My confusion is with William Borden born abt 1443 in Hedcorn, Kent County, England. There were three marriages: Joan, Rose and Thomasin. I've seen the children of William spread out differently with the mothers. Can anyone settle this for me? I know there are at least 6 children; Edmund, Elizabeth, Anne, Katherine, Edward and Thomas. I would appreciate any help with this. I am also willing to share any information I have. Sue
