My Borden ancestors were Zuriah Winter and Benjamin Borden, who migrated from Monmouth Co NJ to Virginia. He was the proprietor of "Borden's Great Tract" which was mostly in what is now Augusta Co VA. My line is their son John Borden & wife Anne Hawkins, who settled in Knox Co TN; their daughter Sarah m.
