There was a short mention on our local tv station today about the Christmas candlelight tour for the Christmas Season at the Daniel Boone Home near Defiance MO. Lindenwood College (St Charles MO) is now owner of the property. About the time they took over the ownership a pioneer village was beginning to be realized. The tv program included a statement by one of the volunteers saying that a building which was originally built by Daniel's younger brother Squire Boone had been recently added to the pioneer village.
