Yes they did Joy, but the dates are a bit off. I too wondered if she was talking about the same Elizabeth as Reeder and Weeder could be the same. Elizabeth "Betsy" Boone daughter of Jacob and Mary DeHart Boone was born 14 Sep 1779 in Limestone - now Maysville, Mason, KY, and died 16 April 1866 in Brown Co., OH. She married Simon Reeder born 1775 in Maryland, died. 1849 in Brown Co., OH on 11 Sep 1795 in Limestone, Mason, KY. They had nine children on two of which I know their names, Simon and Benjamin. Simon Sr. was a wealthy miller in Adams and Brown Counties, OH and both are buried in the Reeder Cem., Brown Co.' OH.
