The magazine, _The Genealogist_, published for the American Society of Genealogists by Picton Press (P.O. Box 250, Rockport, ME 04856-0250, sub is $25.00) is currently serialising a study of the "The Family of Edward Morgan of Pennsylvania: Daniel Boone's Maternal Kin" written by Prof. Stewart Baldwin. Two parts are out now. In part one (vol 15, p 104-, at pp 113-114), he reviews the evidence on the parentage of General Morgan and concludes that there is no clear evidence of a connection to Daniel Morgan or Edward Morgan.
