Trying to float my 4 great grandfather's name out for all Boones and Boons to see in hopes I can find a father for him. I have Needham Boon and a relative James(brother presumed) that came from NC to Jackson County Georgia around 1800. They were paying taxes there in 1804. Needham married Elizabeth T. Robertson of Jackson County and they moved woith their relatives Nancy Robertson Hickman and husband Jacob Hickman to Louisiana where they settled in Ouachita Parish. Needham fought in the Louisiana Militia for the War of 1812. He was a farmer in Ouachita. He named his first son James W..I assume that that is his father's name.
