I believe a while back someone mentioned that the Spraker book was for sale at Ebay. If this is true I don't know what the price was, but I just purchased a new hardbound cover copy from Amazon.com website for $40.00 plus shipping. I believe that some ten years plus ago the price was $40.00 and I don't think I've been cheated one bit with the price remaining the same through the years. I wasn't supposed to get it until early July due to a 3-5 waiting period but got it within 10 days after placing the order. If anyone else is interested in getting a copy, I would suggest Amazon.com since the price is cheap considering the hard bound cover. I was in the printing business for 23-1/2 years and just recently left it, and that cost is very cheap nowadays for the information (regardless it's correct or incorrect) it contains.
