There was a Jacob Boon, d. 1814 the son of German immigrant Johann Diel Bohne 1711-1764. This Jacob Boon (no kin to Daniel Boone) had two mills on Maggodee (Magoty) Creek in Franklin County, VA. Does anyone know if there is a relationship between this Jacob Boon and the John Boon who was the step father of Barbara Moyers? Barbara Moyers married Isaac Knaeff (Naff) son of Jacob Naff, Sr. in Franklin County, June 1, 1789. Please let me know if anyone has information on the ancestry of this John Boon.
