Question; What date do you have Turner and Bryan marriage? The Roger Turner I have born in PA move to VA and later on was found living in NC. His son Roger was a Tories with Samuel Bryan. Dear Janet and Daniel, I am sorry that I have not sent this info sooner. Spent the last week in Salt Lake City at the Family History Library and am now making an attempt to answer some of the mail sent to the Boone list. Here is what I have on Roger TURNER, Sr. His dau Elizabeth TURNER b 13 Nov 1762 Yadkin, Rowan Co, NC m 1780 Daniel BOONE BRYAN>Capt William Morgan BRYAN and Mary BOONE. Capt Wm is the son of Morgan BRYAN and Martha STRODE. Mary BOONE is the dau of Squire BOONE and Sarah MORGAN, she is the sister of Daniel BOONE who m Rebecca BRYAN her father Joseph BRYAN a brother of Capt Wm BRYAN. I have a Jane TURNER who is shown as a sister of ELizabeth (I am not sure of this) b abt 1773 m 1799 to Enoch BRYAN. He is the son of Joseph BRYAN>Morgan BRYAN, JR and Mary FORBISH> Morgan BRYAN, Sr and Martha STRODE. Rebecca BRYAN sp of Daniel BOONE had a sister Martha BRYAN and she m Edward "Neddie" BOONE brother of Daniel. Their father Joseph BRYAN later married Alee LINVILLE and they had children but no Elizabeth. I do hope this helps and feel free to ask for clarification if needed.
