    3. Janice, There may be no e on the end of Boon, now, but someone could have changed the spelling someplace along the way. So don't discount the e when posting and post on both Boon and Boone message boards. I have seen my Boone ancestors name spelled both ways especially depending on who it was doing the writing or reporting. The name changes were census, land deeds, wills and other documents. Thanks.
