Hi, In reference to Topic #2, I have been trying to locate the mentioned book, Ref: "Some Boone descendants and Kindred of the St. Charles District." by Lillian Hays Oliver, Burlington, Vermont, 1964, reprinted 1984, I have been unsuccessful in finding a copy of that book and would like to know if you have a copy? Or how I can get a copy? I've requested it via my Library to the Library in Washington, DC but to no avail. It is supposed to mention a story written about my ggf Stonewall Jackson Boone (son of my gggf, Wellington T Boone) and their adventures in a covered wagon to California in the 1860's. Also, Lillian Hays Oliver's book, Some Boone Descendants... was reprinted in 1984 and 1994 by Mary Dean Alsworth: Dean Publications 2204 El Canto Cr. Ranchero Cordova, CA 95670 I have no idea if copies are still being sold, or if any remain to be sold, but it is worth investigating. I believe Arlene Curry Buschert just got a copy.
