I am currently researching my grandfathers family from Leicester. My gt grandfather was John Bonner born in B'ham about 1855. He was a house painter married to Sarah. They had 3 children Lillie, Walter( my grandfather) and Mary Anne. In 1881 they were living in Ruding St and had moved to Olive St by 1901. Does anyone know if these places still exist? Walter married Rebecca Jeffcoate and I think that Mary became Mary Crewe on marriage. Kathy

Hi, I am looking for information about John BONNER who had sons Jeremiah, Ira, John C. late 1700's and lived first in Dorset, Bennington, VT and married in Boston. (wife's last name might have been DEANE?)He was in VT for the 1790 census, and He then moved into Remsen, Oneida Co. NY and eventually his son Ira moved into MI and his (Ira's) family stayed there. John went there with him for a time and died back in NY, possibly in a neighboring county, Oswego. Would like more infomration about this John, if anyone is descended from one of his sons. I am looking for info on his son Jeremiah, and the names of Jeremiah's (at least five) children, one of which is Samuel D. who married Dianah G. and lived in Manassas, VA for a time, then moved back to Oneida, I think, and possibly Martha, Ann and Luther, Luther being my descendend, might have been born in 1819, might be another Jeremiah child or two as well. Jeremiah married "Olive". However, cant find a thing about Jeremiah other than the above, and if I can track his brothers, might come accross him too. Really desperate here. Any John-related info would be great. Have the Jeremiah censuses, but they are all before the time of naming the family members, so don't need these. Just more history on this family? Cheryl Higgins
