And my sister has obtained a copy of a letter from former relative of John Bonnell that confirms William S. Bonnell was his father. This is even more insightful than lining up the census. Good points Warren. I'm not that great understanding all that DNA stuff even after taking the test. (lol) I did read somewhere that the early Fox family were all Quakers so that is where I observed the possibilities of Quaker connections on your side. Bonnell, Sr. He is the 3rd GGrandson of Isaac Henry Bonnell (brother of Wm. F Jr. and an uncle to Anning Digby.) I have a little data on Isaac Henry (1738-1806) Perth Amboy/Digby - husband of Grace Fox. It is probably the same stuff you have but if you want to compare notes, let me know. What specifically are you looking for on "Old Isaac?" Also, do you know who in the family might have inherited Bartlett Brooke's medals from France?
