William, I sent the information from the trunk on the Bonds. Paul Bowen is on the Bond List and may reply to this. If he doesn't I will send him an email and find out how he obtained the information. I do know that his Bond desc. came from Wise County, VA. I have lots of information on our Virginia Bonds. If you will let me know what you are researching, I will be happy to check my files. I have searched and searched for William W. Bond's (born 1776) parents or siblings but cannot come up with anything. I searched the Quaker Records from Amherst County and North Carolina. I thought he might be the son of a Charles Bond who moved to Georgia but his son, Billy, died before our William was born and so it goes!!! Please keep in touch. Would love to exchange information.
