Happy New Year to all of you. I haven't posted in a while, so let's see if I have any luck in 1999! James David BOND was b. 1849 reportedly in either England or Wales. His wife, Celia Ann Bemus, was b. 1861 in Table Rock, Pawnee Co, Nebraska. They m. in 1877, location unknown. The first 6 of 11 BOND children were born in Washington Co., KS: James David (Dick)1880, Johnny 1881, Mary (Mae) 1883 m. SEAMAN and PIPKIN, Margarita (Maggie) 1885 m. SCHENK, Solon Lester 1887, and Walter Scott 1889. The last 5 children were born in OK: Robert 1892 Perry, OK m. Etta SHAW, and Celia Ann 1896 or 1897 also b. in Perry, OK m. a DARNOLD. Harry 1899, Leo James 1902 Anadarko, OK, and finally Leonard Russell 1905 Chickasha, OK. Would love to hear from descendants of any of these BONDS, or anyone with knowledge of this family.
