Is anyone else researching the Bond families who were in Franklin Co GA or Campbell Co GA by 1830? I am trying to find the parents of Joseph M. Bond (b. 1797 SC d. 1873 GA) who married (in Hall Co GA 1827) to Mary Ann Dodd (b. 1811 GA d. 1895 LA). J. M. Bond may have been a son of Robert Bond who lived in Abbeville Dist SC in late 1700's and Franklin Co GA early 1800's. The possible (?) bro & sis of J. M. Bond were Robert Paxton Bond, Washington Bond, Lucinda Bond Jordan, Frances Bond Mayfield. Any help would be appreciated. Will share any of my information.
