Thomas Parks' will was filed in 1752 in Albemarle County, VA. In 1761 it was proved in court. Listed as sons were: Thomas, Jr., John, Samuel and Charles. Daughters listed were Martha Russell, Mary Bond, and Elizabeth Hutchins. No wife was listed. Thomas Parks, Sr. was listed as of "Ballenger's Mountain."
