Will of Richard Bonds was "Recorded in Book Orphans Court 29th Oct 1834 "State of Alabama Benton County October 11th 1834 This day being weak in body but sound in mind doth make my will as follows 1st I give and bequeath to Francis Bonds, my daughter, one cow and yearling, 1 feather bed and furniture, one sow and pig. 2nd William Bonds I give and bequeath one horse and saddle and bridle a horse I have called Street one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and and shoats one Rifle Gun. 3rd I give and bequeath unto Mary my daughter one feather bed and furniture.
