Katie and to all other BOND interested persons, I have been in contact with lou Anderson in the last week regarding the possibility of another printing of her book JOHN BOND OF SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI" she stated "I at this time am teaching kindengrden until May . my desire is to publish a NEW book on JOHN BOND ...not at this time or in the near future ..in other words it could be 2 years to 15 yrs." I did express the tremendous interest in her book...she also stated that she was pleased that there was so much interest in the book...she has been doing research and published her largest book for the ANDERSON'S and at this time she feels quiet burned out ...her plans when she is ready she thinks will be researching thru the census rolls for the Bonds. Her book is in the library of congress. I have her book.I could help if anyone needs info...it may take me some time ..I am working on a family reunion that will be on a big scale for August 1999...post your request I'll help ..there are others that have her book ..they could possibly help.
