I'm researching my son's lines in Hickman County, Kentucky. Here are the BONEs that he is descended from. There are many BONES in that area and it is quite confusing. Descendants of John A. (There were more children, but I haven't documented all of them and added them into my database). Generation Two 2. Nancy Bone; b. circa 1822; m. John William McWhorter 3 Apr 1842 Hickman, Kentucky; d. circa 1904; bur. 1904 McWhorter Family Graveyard, Hickman, Kentucky, USA. Children of Nancy Bone and John William McWhorter were as follows: i.Georgia. ii.Francis Marion; m. S. E. Evans; b. circa 1843. iii.Martha Ann;Martha Ann McWhorter; m. Morgan V. Thomas Nicholas, son of Green H. W.Nicholas and Elizabeth Caroline Vinson; b. 10 May 1846; d. 30 Jun 1922 Hickman, Kentucky, USA, at age 76; bur. 1 Jul 1922 Shiloh Cemetery, Hickman, Kentucky, USA. iv.Louisa S.; b. 10 Mar 1854 Brush Creek, Hickman, Kentucky, USA. v.Nelly J. B.; b. 1 Sep 1856 Brush Creek, Hickman, Kentucky, USA. vi.George W.; m. Ida Burgess; b. 1 Dec 1858 Hickman, Hickman, Kentucky, USA. vii.Leander; b. 27 Jun 1851; m. Nancy H. Stone 31 Mar 1877; d. 9 Oct 1914 at age 63. viii.Susan B.; b. Oct 1861 Hickman, Hickman, Kentucky, USA. John A. Bone's ancestry goes back to North Carolina; Pennsylvania; Ulster, Ireland; and then Scotland, but I haven't researched that far back, just read it in a BONE family history book.
