Response to Darcy - saw your not of 9-26-98. I am also researching Andrew Jackson BOND. His father was Banister BOND born c 1776-79 in VA. Banister married RAchel MARTIN CLARY. Their son was Andrew Jackson BOND who marries Emeline LEWIS in IA. I can give more info. I realize my ancestor is BOND not BONDS. Have you ever seen another Banister? It has been a brick wall for me to get any information on him. I know he died in IA at the age of 100. I would appreciate any and all information anyone can provide. Hello, My mother was a Bond and she came from England. I only have names for Mother's brothers and sisters. Her father and mother, grandparents and greatgrandparents. I am looking for the parents and siblings of Benjamin Bond. I cannot locate birth or date records because they are too old. Benjamin Bond was born May 15, 1783 in Baltimore Cnty, MD he married Phebe Cole in Maryland avt 1803. They had 8 children: Nicodimus, Richard, Joshua, Deborah, Elizabeth, Thomas, Mary, Shadrock. They moved to Ohio and settled in Morgan Cnty, Noble Cnty. Benjamin died on Nov 27, 1845 in Morgan cnty Ohio. I have no info on his parents or siblings. I thought he might be the Benjamin son of Nicodimus Bond and Rachel Stevenson because they too had a son named Shadrock. In my research and request, I have now found that he is not their Benjamin.
