Anne, Your message partially referenced below talks about Bollingers in Lancaster Co., PA. My Bolinger line begins with John Henry (known as Henry) Bolinger b. c1758, m. 1803 in First Reformed Church Lancaster PA to Susan Anna Wigman b. c1780, dau. of Joachim Wigman. By 1811 they are living in Pittsburg, PA, and by 1817 they moved to Maysville, Mason Co., KY. Children are Amelia Maria b. 1 Feb 1805; William Henry b. 6 May 1808; Charles H. b. 12 Jan 1811 Pittsburg PA; Frederick Joachin b. 22 Sep 1816; George W. b. 20 Dec 1818 Mason Co., KY; and William Henry b. 23 July 1821 Mason Co., KY who moved to Sullivan Co., IN in 1865. I am trying to find out the parents, siblings, etc. of John Henry Bolinger. All indications are he used his middle name Henry, not his first name John. Some family tradition says his name was William Henry, but I have Bible of son listing his name as John Henry Bolinger. Any help will be much appreciated.
