    1. Re: BOLLINGER,JOHANN SWITZ. 1674 RUDOLPH,DANIEL
    2. I wonder if the Johann Bollinger you mention as your ancestor is somehow related to a Hans Rudolph Bollinger, second son of Heinrich and Anna Gwalter Bollinger of Switzerland? The name 'Rudolph' figures largely in my line of Bollingers, and in fact, this Hans Rudolph aforementioned, leads from the 1500's in Switzerland to the line in America. Fascinating, isn't it?!

    1. Re: Didn't know this list still existed!
    2. I have researched my family's Bollinger line.......the only one spelled 'Bullinger' was Heinrich, the patriarch of the family as it is in the U.S. There is a wonderful book available THE BOLLINGER CONNECTIONS, of which I have a copy. If I may be of help, let me know. I live in the Kansas City area, and my Bollinger family lines are throughout Missouri, originally from North Carolina. J. Jensen

I am very interested in contacting anyone researching the same variation in spelling. Michelle Fradella mfradella@aol.com

I am not sure if you ever requested a GEDCOM of the BLOCHER lineage or not. I don't heve the entire book entered into the computer yet, but I am working at it. Lately I have been doing further research on the BLOCHER lineage (as well as all the others), tracing down surviving descendants of those that looks to be cut-off in the book, or vague in detail. I have also been working with the Social Security Tax Death List in attempts to find date of deaths for those that appear to be living over 100 years old. Just recently I have obtained information of the descend of Joseph BOLLINGER's other children, have just now getting it all merged into my MAIN Database. His name is Chuck Edward Bollinger Jr., and he is a subscriber to the BOLLINGER list. He has more inform than Leona could ever dream about. > I received in the snail mail this week information on the Bowman family > which I haven't had time to sort yet. I would indeed like to have copies of this information! Please do send it to me and I will get a hacking away at inputting it all into my Data Base.
