OBIT: John Andrew Bolen, husband of Vicki Smith Bolen, died May 17, 2014. A son of the late William A. and Ruth Morris Bolen, he was a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a builder and developer. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, John Andrew Bolen, Jr. of Spartanburg; One brother and, Two sisters. Services Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive, with the Rev. Murray Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , 301 University Ridge, Suite 5000, Greenville, SC 29601. .
