Horace Harman Bolen, 96, Athens, WV, died March 20, 2000, at his residence. Horace was born December 18, 1903 in Carroll Co., VA, he was the son of the late Robert Price and Henrietta Harman Bolen. Horace was preceded in death by two brothers, Carlyle S. Bolen and Claude Waldron Bolen, and one sister, Virginia Foglesong. Horace is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margaret Kell Bolen; one son, Dr. Richard Kell Bolen; two daughters, Susan Bolen Childs and Sarah Bolen Hendry; five granddaughters, Mary Bo- Bolen Doyle, Margaret Bolen Nark and Amy Bolen Perry, Cheryl Hendry Blackburn and Laura Hendry, ; and one sister, Maye Hayes. Horace is buried at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Green Valley, WV. bd030
