    3. OBIT: Arthur “Art” L. Bolen age 72 of Dexter City, OH passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. He was born January 31, 1942 in Lowell, OH. A son of the late Walter L. and Alma Rhodes Bolen. Art enjoyed fishing and hunting for many of his younger years. He could often be found watching his favorite Westerns on the television. He was a member of the St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Bobby Bolen and a sister Dorothy Tullius. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Judith M. Warner Bolen, whom he married August 3, 1963; 3 sons Kevin (Tammi) Bolen of Caldwell, James Bolen of Cambridge, and Arthur “Larry” (Pam Davis) Bolen of Marietta; 1 daughter Tammy Hardie of Dexter City; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Hazel Butler of Adena, OH and Ethel “Butchie” (Dick) Safigan of Florida; 1 brother Mike (JoAnn) Bolen of Belpre, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Friends received Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724, with a vigil service held at 7:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell, with Rev. Father Wayne Morris serving as celebrant. Burial followed in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Caldwell. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in c/o Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. Arthur “Art” L.
