And, if so, could you send it to me privately, rather than posting to the list. Or--if you'd rather check with him first--ask him to send me a note. I understand he is doing family research, and I'd like to exchange information if he's interested. Thanks. 2. LKleinhennLanier
    3. If you haven't checked these URLs, you may find them interesting: American Civil War Photographs--a searchable database. You can view pictures, order a photocopy and then decided if you want to purchase the picture. I ordered a few photocopies, and they were quite good. http://carlisle-www.army.mil/usamhi/PhotoDB.html Want to know an ancestor's birthdate? If you have dates from a tombstone (when they listed age at death in terms of years/months/days), you can use this birthdate calculator. I think it can be saved on your hard drive and used when you're off-line. http://enws347.eas.asu.edu:8000/~buckner/bdform.html Curious to know how much your ancestor was worth in today's dollars? Use this inflation calculator, which works for 1800 - 1998. http://www.westegg.com/inflation/ And if you haven't checked out the LDS homepage yet, by all means do so. http://32.96.111.13/default.asp Happy hunting!
