    3. Hi Scott, I think this is Capt, John Boggs as well. From what I know he is possibly in the Hugh Livingston/Boggs who was a supposed brother to my John Livingston/Boggs line. I was looking over what little information I have on Hugh's line and have that Jane Irwin was the daughter of James and Jean Irwin. and they were married abt 1762. so that falls before the date of the will. I also have Capt. John's b. date as 3/3/1738/39. .is this what you have? I only have about four pages of line on this family, so I'm not sure how accurate the information is.
