Greetings cousins, I am writing this for an old friend here where I live in WA. he is a Short(tt) and knows very little about his Wise county ancestors, I would like to help him figure out from what Boggs,Church, and Short(tt) families (any or all) he came from..for his peace of mind and so I can document him here in WA. and who his Wise co. people were. As far as I know these people came from Wise Co. and or Near by- By KY> to include Charlie himself. I believe he may have a few relatives , possibly sister still living in or around Wise co. VA. I got very little info out of him this evening and am posting what little I know.. I will try to get more info from him later should this not ring any ones memory.. it is kind of hard to get the info from him, so I did not press my luck, also am not sure as to his memory of first names which he gave .. but this is what he said.. Keep in mind, my friend is about 75-80 his line starting with the farthest back, 1.John R. Boggs - no mention of a wife 2.daughter/Mary Boggs-Possibly Polly, married Pat Church ? 3.Norma Church married Milfred Short(tt) ? Church (not sure about his spelling. Then my friend \ relative Charlie Will try to send more later if I can get it but maybe someone will know this family group, thank you all.. cousin Ron in WA.
