I believe I have found my first tie to the Melungeons in our Boggs line! Laura H. Parsons was married to my g-grandfather, Levi who was born in 1873. She was born in Lee County, Va. in 1871. Laura's father was David Perry Parsons and her mother was Annie or Amy CARTER. E. Boggs
