    3. Scott,I believe that article was probably from a Pickaway county Ohio Newspaper, The Boggs name is rather popular there and has a great historical background. I cannot remember the entire story,but there is a Boggs farm with a large elm tree on it known as the Logan Elm.Something to do with a Indian treaty and a Boggs man who was taken captive. i live in nearby Ross county Ohio,but havwe never red the entire story,perhaps I should make a trip to the library today.
