Hi: Thanks for quick reply. A lot of Boggs are Cherokee. I am finding it more and more and I was always told that my gggggrandfather was full blooded Cherokee Indian Chief. I just haven't come up with it yet. My grandmother, Finley Marlowe was also of Cherokee so I don't know. Family came from NC-KY-OH and who knows where else. I keep checking and have hit a brick wall at this time on both Boggs and Marlowe. Charles lived in Preble County, OH when Allie was born in 1880, but can't find him after that as of now.
