He was born c. 1865 in Hereford, son of Henry Hall & Sarah Olive Watts. I have found him on the 1901 census (at Depot Kings Shropshire Light Infantry , St. Chad, Shropshire), but can't find him on the 1891 census. Any & all help gratefully received.
