Hetta what I have is this and it's not much. In June 1901 the Ist KFS under Colenbrander were railed from the Cape to the very north around Pietersberg and Louis Trichardt where they operated until May 1902 and took several Boer Commandos They ranged from east of Haenertsburg and west to beyond Waterberg, then on to Bechuanaland and Rustenburg. It doesnt help much but I think your claims date would be the accurrate one.
